In 2009 Hiroshi joined the Etsu team as a Kitchen Chef.

By 2013, following almost 4 years enjoying bringing his knowledge and skills to Etsu's kitchen Hiroshi accepted the opportunity to become the Head Chef, the role he currently continues in today.

Since joining Etsu Hiroshi's passion for Japanese food and for Liverpool has gone from strength to strength.
